It got cool again and the flowers protested by slowing down. It has been a long cool spring while other Canadians are roasting in the east. The good thing I hope, that with these periods of rain and cool maybe, just maybe, we will not have to endure smoke and fire this summer. Let’s hope!

Beyond The Garden Gate:

Another bonanza week as we have had so much damp – not torrential rain but cool and showers.. I have never seen the grasses so tall! The sun was bright however when I took these pictures so the quality is poor!
