With Cathy’s theme of eleven and eleven ingredients in mind:
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s November creations this week but another cataract surgery in a couple of days has me in a rush to get a few jobs done! My husband and I went on a foraging trip on our surrounding Crown Land in this eleventh month of the year, for winter greenery just in time before our first dusting of snow, so today my arrangements consist of the gathered treasures.
Forest Floor on the Doorstep
This concoction of eleven plants contains bare twigs of Larch, Larix, Douglas Fir, Pseudotsuga menziesii, Pine, Pinus, Ponderosa and Lodgepole, Rocky Mountain Juniper, Juniperus scopolorum, Holly Grape, Mahonia, Red Dogwood, Cornus siberica, Mosses, Cones, seed heads of my Allium Gigantium, burnt bark and lichens.

In addition to the contents above, this one has some Snowberries, Symphoricarpos albus, Cones and Horsechestnuts (from a neighbour’s tree). I probably went over my list of eleven ingredients.
