In a vase, Monday 4 2026

I can count the daffodil blooms in my garden on two hands and one foot so when I saw someone offering theirs up for picking I could not refuse. This bundle has a token few from my garden, (Narcissus ‘King Alfred’ probably) but the rest came from a property where they were growing plentifully. With the reverse track of the weather (now 25C after snow last week) they likely may not be looking like this anymore. Must love them while we can!

The scent from this vase is amazing.

Spring explodes in this part of the world and then fires off again into summer!

Thank you Cathy of ‘Rambling In The Garden’ and your contributors for always inspiring me.
